Accessibility audits that ship with your release cycle.
B2B SaaS teams face accessibility as both a procurement gate (VPAT, ACR, RFP responses) and a product quality problem. AccessProof scans your dashboard, marketing site, and customer-facing flows on every deploy — blocks regressions in CI, ships VPAT-ready PDFs, and stays out of your stack.
Accessibility risks specific to SaaS.
VPAT / ACR requested mid-sales-cycle
An enterprise prospect or government RFP asks for a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) and your team realizes there's no current audit. Sales stalls for 2-6 weeks while you scramble for evidence. AccessProof produces the underlying audit in minutes.
Accessibility regression on a UI redesign
A new design system release ships with subtle keyboard traps, color-contrast drops, or missing labels. The pattern is everywhere because design tokens propagated the issue. Without a CI gate, the bug lands in production untouched for weeks.
Dashboard table inaccessibility
Data tables in SaaS dashboards — sortable, filterable, with row-actions menus — are the highest-density accessibility surface in any B2B product. Missing `<th>` scope, ARIA-row issues, and unkeyboardable kebab menus are nearly universal failures.
Custom form components without ARIA
In-house multi-selects, date-range pickers, file-uploaders, and toast-notification systems often diverge from native HTML accessibility. Every component is its own a11y debt.
Marketing site disconnected from app
Two codebases (marketing site + app) often diverge in standards. The audited "marketing site" is conformant; the actual logged-in app — where customers spend hours — is not. AccessProof audits both with one workflow.
No accessibility evidence at sale close
Procurement teams in regulated industries (gov, finance, healthcare-IT) require a signed accessibility statement or VPAT. Vendors without one lose the deal. AccessProof's timestamped PDFs are admissible as the audit foundation for a VPAT.
What regulators expect from SaaS.
For SaaS products selling to US public-sector or federal agencies, Section 508 conformance is procurement-mandatory. ITI/INCITS provides the VPAT template; the underlying audit must be defensible. AccessProof's scans cover the WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 criteria referenced by Section 508 (Refresh 2017) and the EU's EN 301 549.
For SaaS sold into the EU, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) becomes enforceable in June 2025 and explicitly covers B2C software services. B2B-only SaaS is currently out of EAA scope but enterprise procurement increasingly demands EN 301 549 conformance regardless. WCAG 2.2 AA is the de-facto contractual standard.
Built for the saas workflow.
CI/CD pipeline gate
Add an AccessProof REST API call to your GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Block a deploy on accessibility threshold drops. Catch regressions before they hit customers.
Dashboard + marketing site, one tool
Audit your logged-out marketing pages and your logged-in product surface (with shared session via API). One dashboard, one score history, one PDF.
VPAT-ready evidence
Each scan produces a PDF with full WCAG criterion mapping. Drop the data directly into the ITI VPAT template — your sales team has the deliverable.
Score history per commit
Track conformance score over time. Spot the deploy that introduced a regression. Built for engineering teams that already think in metrics.
No JS injected in your product
AccessProof never adds runtime code to your app. Zero performance impact, zero compliance review needed from your security team.
Built for engineers
JSON output, REST API, webhook alerts. Pipes into Linear/Jira/Slack with one webhook. Built by engineers who got tired of enterprise accessibility platforms.

SaaS-specific questions.
Can AccessProof audit my logged-in SaaS dashboard?
Yes — for authenticated routes, you can configure AccessProof to use a service-account session token. Many SaaS teams create a dedicated test tenant + auth credentials for our scanner. The audit runs against the same DOM your customers see.
Does AccessProof generate a complete VPAT?
AccessProof produces the underlying audit evidence — timestamped, per-element, with WCAG criterion citations — that goes into a VPAT. Many teams paste that data directly into the ITI/INCITS VPAT template and add the narrative sections themselves. We do not currently sell VPAT formatting as a service, but the audit is the substance the VPAT requires.
How does this fit with my existing axe DevTools setup?
Most SaaS engineering teams use axe DevTools (browser extension or CLI) during development for live feedback. AccessProof adds the build-time / production-monitoring layer: scheduled scans, PDF reports, multi-environment dashboards, and a CI gate. They complement each other — same axe-core engine, different layer of the SDLC.
Is AccessProof a fit for enterprise SaaS or just indie?
Both. Indie SaaS uses the Starter ($29/mo) or Pro ($79/mo) plan with 5-25 sites. Enterprise SaaS uses Business ($199/mo, unlimited sites) plus the API for custom procurement workflows. We don't bundle consulting or services — if you need a dedicated accessibility specialist on retainer, pair us with a specialist firm.
Audit your saas site in 42 seconds.
No JS injected. No long demo call. A timestamped report you can defend.
